North East Medical College Hospital Hosts Scientific Seminar on Hypertension and Pregnancy.

On Monday, October 28, 2024, the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at North East Medical College Hospital organized a scientific seminar at the NEMC ITMT Corner conference room.

The seminar, led by keynote speaker Dr. Jakera Wahid Eva, a Registrar in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics, focused on early detection of preeclampsia, management of eclampsia, and prevention and screening tests for preeclampsia.

A distinguished panel of experts, including Prof. Dr. A.F.M Nazmul islam, Prof. Dr. Mokhles uddin, Prof Dr. Alamgir Adil Samdani, Prof. Dr. Avijit das, Dr. Iqbal Ahmed and Prof. Dr. Rabeya Begum , shared their valuable insights and opinions.

Additionally, Assistant Professor Dr. Tahmina Begum Poly and Dr. sayra Begum Chowdhury from the Department of Gynecology, as well as registrars and indoor medical officers from various departments at North East Medical College Hospital, attended the seminar.
