North East Medical College & Hospital (NEMCH) hosted a comprehensive day-long training session on Customer Communication and Client Service Excellence. The event, led by certified trainer, mentor, and coach Tarif M. Khan, aimed to enhance the communication and service skills of healthcare professionals, ultimately improving patient experience and satisfaction.
