Integrated Teaching Session on Purpura at North East Medical College Sylhet, Bangladesh – September 12, 2024 – An integrated teaching session was held today at North East Medical College for the 5th year MBBS students (Session: 2019-2020). The session focused on the topic of Purpura and featured presentations from experts in the field of Internal Medicine and Skin & VD.

Honorable Principal Prof. Dr. Shahriar Hussain Chowdhury, Deputy Director Prof. Dr. Mohammad Jasim Uddin, and renowned Cardiologist Associate Prof. Dr. Mohammad Iqbal Ahmed were present at the event.

The session was conducted by Dr. Abu Yousuf Md. Nazim Uddin, Registrar of Medicine, and Dr. Suraiya Parvin Mahee, IMO of Skin & VD, at the No-1 Fahim Lecture Gallery from 9:15 AM to 11:00 AM.

All 5th year MBBS students were directed to attend the session, which provided valuable insights into the diagnosis and management of Purpura.
